These periods of high and low activity make your body work much more than if you had just maintained the same pace for a set period of time. If you are on your treadmill, you could incorporate short bursts of faster running into your jogging routine. If you're less fit, you might alternate leisurely walking with periods of faster walking. The more vigorously you exercise, the more calories you'll burn, even if you increase intensity for just a few minutes at a time.

Eat Lots Of The Right Food.
When you reduce your calorie intact significantly, your body believes that it needs to cling onto every calorie eaten to stop hunger and possible harm. But, as long as you eat the right type of foods, there is no reason to deny yourself nutritious and healthy foods when trying to lose weight.

Keep well away from pre-packaged foods and processed foods. Processed foods are foods that have been altered from their natural states in order to extend their shelf life. Foods that come in a box, can, bag or carton are processed. They are often poor quality and have no nutritional value at all. Foods cooked or prepared from fresh local ingredients are much healthier.
