Isometric Wall Squat (By Raising the Calf)
It mainly targets the calves abdominals, glutes and thighs.
Lean against the wall keeping your legs in front. Now slide down gradually keeping your back against the wall. Now take it in a position as if you are sitting on a chair. Make sure that your knees don't point further than your toes. Now push onto your tiptoes and do it by squeezing your calves. Now lower your heels slowly back to the floor.
