Beachbody 21 Day Fix Review

This Beachbody 21 Day Fix Review is going to focus on the workouts, nutrition and cost. All 3 factors are important to consider before you buy a program. Let's start by looking at the workouts.

21 Day Fix Review - The Workouts
Have you ever seen an infomercial for a piece of equipment that promises to sculpt and tone a specific body part. Some examples include 3 Minute Legs and 60 Second Abs. Having a background in fitness, I tend to laugh at these products. Why would you pay a bunch of money for a product that only works 1 area of your body. The 21 Day Fix is not one of those products, which I like about it. The program consists of 6 different workouts, which are;
Upper Fix. This workout utilizes resistance training to help shape your chest, back, shoulders, arms, and abs.
Lower Fix. This workout focuses on firming and toning your entire lower body while you blast fat and burn calories.

Total Body Cardio Fix. This one keeps your heart rate up and your metabolism revved, helping you burn calories all day long.
Cardio Fix. This workout does what cardio is designed to do, get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Pilates Fix. Strengthen your core, elongate your muscles, and firm your hips and thighs.
Yoga Fix. Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength as you help relax your muscles.
As you can see, this program covers every part of your body, which I believe is crucial for an effective program.
However, if you are used to tougher workouts, such as P90X or Insanity, you may be disappointed in these workouts. They are challenging, but not as much as some of Beachbody's tougher programs.

Looking At The Nutrition
Nutrition is an area that most people struggle with. It can be very challenging to know how much you should eat of what. I love the approach that Autumn Calabrese, the trainer behind The 21 Day Fix, has used in this program. She has made it simple with a simple portion control system. The program includes 7 different containers for your food. They are color coated based on which type of food goes in it.
Green-Vegetables
Purple-Fruit
Red-Protein
Yellow-Carbohydrates
Blue-Healthy Fats and Cheese
2 Orange-Seeds and Oils

You simply fill each container with what is supposed to go in it, and that is your food for the day.

21 Day Fix Review - If It Worth It
The workouts work your total body, and the nutrition has been simplified. The last component to look at is the price. I was surprised when I saw the price of this program. It retails for $59.95. That price includes the 6 workouts, the color coated containers, and Beachbody throws in some bonus incentives.
