I'm Fat And Ugly - I'm Going To Kill Myself - Help




Saying, "I'm fat and ugly" is a hard statement to ingest.  Anyone who says, "I'm fat and ugly" sounds like a person who finally is ready to change themselves.  All you need is a little shove and the right direction because to naturally lose weight is tough.  Truth is you will not lose five pounds, 10 pounds, 20 pounds in a week or even two weeks!  I will help you lose up to 20 pounds in a month and get you to stop saying, "I'm fat and ugly".

First of all, you need to take that I'm fat and ugly way of thinking and hurl it out the window.  You are not fat and ugly, understand!  Now remember, keep in mind that there are thousands of weight loss diets out there that will make a guarantee and feed off of your emotions leaving you 50 dollars broke as well as fat and ugly.  So, if you feel this is going to be one of those phony weight loss diet programs, then I encourage you to leave this page.  The rest of you, I want to help you lose your unwanted weight.

Weight loss pills / Help I'm fat and ugly:
Second, stay away from the weight loss pills!  There are only small handfuls that deliver some help, but many of them will only help you get back to saying, "I'm fat and ugly" and depressed again back to square one.  A lot of these weight loss pills are not even FDA approved.  Why would you trust a company that claims they will help you lose five pounds, 10 pounds, or even 20 pounds in one to two weeks?  Have you ever thought it was kind of funny that most of those weight loss pills add an additional disclaimer stating you need to exercise along with taking the weight loss pill?  But throughout the whole pitch, they point out in confidence that taking these weight loss pills, that you can lose five pounds, 10 pounds or even 20 pounds in a little as two weeks!  Then they show this guy or ladies before and after picture!  Did you know that computers can do wonders?

Rapid weight loss diets / fast weight loss diets / I'm fat and ugly:
Ok next, I'm fat and ugly help!  So what many people do is start to search for "rapid weight loss diets".  This is bad, because you're trying to put your body through harsh treatments.  This is not a natural way to lose weight and in fact, rapid weight loss diets can do more harm than good as opposed to natural programs.  These rapid weight loss diets will deprive your body of natural ingredients for a healthy body such as carbohydrates, sugar, etc...Then some of these diets consist of cleansing your body.  WOW!  So you're going to eat something that will cause you to be in the bathroom all day making good friends with the toilet?  You are not only dehydrating yourself, but you're releasing nutrients that your body needs.  So, stay away from the rapid weight loss diets and stick with something natural.

Weight loss exercises/ I'm fat and ugly:
One strategy that has helped many people that are overweight is keeping a log.  It's really simple and keeps you motivated.  To begin, start off by writing down the current date along with your weight.  Then, do an exercise that you enjoy whether it is walking to lose weight, jogging to lose weight, or doing a treadmill to lose weight.  On the day that you plan on doing your favored exercise, place posted notes all over your house.  Write down your weight on all of those posed notes with the current date and place them on your fridge, in your bathroom such as your bathroom mirror and in places that you will come in contact with the most.

Next, do your favored exercise and once you are done, log the time or amount of reps you were able to achieve.  On the following day and DO NOT weigh yourself until three days have passed by since starting your little experimentation!  So you logged your exercises for the last couple of days and lets say day one, you were able to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes.  On day two, you pushed yourself a little bit more and were able to run for 28 minutes.  Now on day three, push yourself to run 28 minutes again or if you can, 30 minutes.  Now you can weigh yourself and look at those posted notes from day one!  I promise you will not think, "I'm fat and ugly" but start feeling sexy and more ambition to lose weight naturally.

Along with a few other slight tricks and secrets to naturally lose weight fast and easy, a little shove and the right direction as I mentioned previously, is what you will learn.  The example given above will allow you to lose as much as 5 pounds in as little as three days depending on how far you want to push yourself.
